The individual will then pull this outward to create a loop in the hair. The thumb and forefingers can be used to build some height and texture. The hair on the head can be fixed by using some pins or a band to make sure this stays in place.
It is unavoidable to have some loose hairs around. This can be controlled by using something smaller such as hair pains and some spray net or gel. The person should look in the mirror to make sure both sides look the same.
The last part will be going back to the bangs that were clipped to both sides of the ear. There are many things that can be done such as creating twists, knots, curls or braids.
The person can experiment with these first and use the best. Some girls have also used hair accessories such as flowers, wire and buttons.
People who prefer the simple look and have short hair can just comb this to one side. Applying some gel will work nicely to make sure this doesn’t fly around if the event is done in the outdoors.
Those who want to try something different for the night can dye a few strands of hair. This should be wet first and then applied to the strands. This will take some time to dry so enough allowance must be given to put on the dress and makeup before going to the prom.
People who have medium hair can make this curly for the night by pulling the ends using big bouncy curls. Some clips will also come in nicely to make sure this stays for the whole evening.
Girls who have long hair can also do the same thing. To add effect, it will be a good idea to add some glitter and some combs.
The options of the hairstyle for the prom are all there. The person can work on each step by step at home or have a stylist do the job.
