Obsessive-Compulsive disorder is a serious illness that should not be taken for granted. This kind of disorder is life threatening so you should be aware of the things happening around you.
OCD does not choose who will suffer and when they will suffer. There is no certain age limits or brackets for those who will be a victim of the condition. You could either be a child, an adult, poor, rich, a simple individual or a famous one.
There have been lots of famous people that happen to have OCD and some of them unfortunately died. These famous people are not just actors and actress but also writers, composers, poets, and artists. With all their fame and richness, they have not become an exception to obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Do you want to know some of these famous people that you cannot imagine even in your wildest dreams that would have an obsessive-compulsive disorder? Well everything in this world is fair and it doesn’t matter who or what you are.

1. Howard Hughes – a well known movie producer, aviator, a billionaire and a hypochondriac.
2. Cameron Diaz – a big time leading actress. She has had a lot of blockbuster movies like Charlie’s Angels 1 and 2, The Sweetest Thing and a lot more.
3. Howie Mandel –played great comedy roles. Some of his movies are “A Fine Mess” and “Walk Like a Man”.
4. Leonardo DiCarpio – an Academy award winning actor and leading man. He became even more famous after the movie Titanic with Kate Winslet. Also the leading actor of “The Beach”.
5. Jessica Alba – a stunning sexy actress and her first staring role is “flipper”. She was also part of the movie “Never Been Kissed” and “Idle Hands”.
6. Albert Einstein – a very intelligent person and a well known scientist. Discovered the formula of e=mc².
7. Florence Nightingale – mother of nursing, she became famous with the nickname “a lady with a lamp”.
8. Ludwig van Beethoven – a famous composer and writer.
9. Michelangelo – a famous renowned painter.
10. Howard Stern – a radio announcer and controversial personality.
11. Penelope Cruz – a great actress and leading lady.
12. David Beckham –popular English football (soccer) player, husband of Victoria Adams (former member of the Spice Girls).
13. Celine Dion – a fabulous singer, renowned writer, outstanding producer. She had an obsession with her weight.
14. Charles Darwin – a naturalist who came up with the natural selection and the theory of evolution.
15. Donald Trump – one of the richest man in the world. Produces and host of the TV hit “The Apprentice”.
16. Harrison Ford – also a famous actor, known for his roles in the movies “Star Wars and the Indiana Jones series.
17. Martin Scorsese – an intelligent person and very creative director.
18. Stanley Kubrick - an intelligent man and a good film maker.
You cannot imagine that all these famous people mentioned had an Obsessive-Compulsion disorder. Sometimes you will wonder how these things happened aside from the fact that they have luxury and fame.
Do not feel alone and deprived if you have been diagnosed with ODC. You are not a freak. Lots of people get afflicted with OCS, even the rich and famous. .
