Twin or Double bed.
For those parents who want to skip toddler beds, the best choice would be a twin bed. Unlike toddler beds, twin beds have longer life span and can be used up to the time your kid goes to college since it is longer and more durable. One point to consider in buying twin or double bed is the safety of your child. These beds usually come with rails to protect your child from falling while sleeping. And if you have 2 kids in a room, double or twin beds could save large amount of space.
Bunk Beds
For a more playful bedroom, bunk bed should be your choice. It serves many purposes. Bunk beds can save up spaces for other things. It can also provide availability for sleepovers. And, it can give your child enough room to play and move around.
For little ones, you may opt buying lower bunk bed then replace it when he is ready or if you are confident that he can take care of himself. Bunk bed has rails to protect your child on the upper deck.
Bunk bed is also a good choice if you want your kids to share room. If you are worrying about horse playing, bunk beds are sturdy and can withstand rough use.

Trundle beds.
For versatility, trundle beds should be your choice. A trundle bed is composed of two beds: one an ordinary bed, and the other is hidden underneath to first one just like a drawer. If your child is sleeping alone he can use the upper bed. If he has sleepovers, the other bed can be accessed instantly with a simple pull.
Loft bed
If the room has limited space, loft bed is the best option. The basic structure is, the bed is raised off the ground while giving fee rooms underneath. You can allocate this extra space for the study or play. Manufacturers of these bed created several designs that incorporate space saving. Loft bed is sturdy and can last for a very long time.
